Eukairia Therapeutics — εὐκαιρία · “THE RIGHT MOMENT”

{{ h1a }} {{ h1b }}

Eukairia Therapeutics is developing a new generation of pharmaceutical products designed for the moments when treatment changes.

Medication transitions, redesigned.

Our patent-pending platform integrates drug delivery, behavioral science and human-centered design to make complex medication transitions simpler for patients and clinicians.

From treatment initiation and titration to tapering and therapeutic substitution, Eukairia is rethinking how pharmaceutical products support patients through change.

01 — THE PROBLEM

The hardest part of treatment is often the transition.

Starting a medication. Adjusting it. Changing therapies. Tapering treatment. Each transition can require multiple doses, instructions, decisions and patient actions.

Most pharmaceutical products are designed around the individual dose. Eukairia designs around the transition.

02 — THE PLATFORM

Built for change.

Eukairia is developing a therapeutic transition platform that brings medication delivery, sequencing and human-centered design together within the pharmaceutical product.

It is designed to support complex medication changes while reducing the decisions and actions traditionally placed on patients and clinicians.

A

INITIATE

Designed to simplify starting therapies that require structured changes in medication exposure.

B

TRANSITION

Supports planned changes in therapy, including titration and movement between treatments.

C

TAPER

Enables structured reductions in therapy without patients manually creating or managing complex dosing steps.

03 — HOW IT WORKS

The transition is the product.

Instead of asking patients and clinicians to manually manage every step of a complex medication change, Eukairia is developing pharmaceutical systems in which more of the transition is designed into the product itself.

04 — PORTFOLIO

One platform. Multiple applications.

Every Eukairia program grows from a single patent-pending technology: the Therapeutic Transition Platform.

05 — APPLICATIONS

Not one drug. Not one disease.

Wherever a medication change takes multiple steps, the same challenge appears. Eukairia is building a platform for pharmaceutical transitions across therapeutic areas.

06 — FOUNDER

Elizabeth Perkins, MD

Founder, CEO & Inventor

Dr. Perkins is a Charleston-based physician, researcher and entrepreneur. She founded Eukairia Therapeutics in 2025, connecting frontline patient care and clinical insight with behavioral science to create a new paradigm in pharmaceutical design.

The company grew from a problem she encountered again and again in clinical medicine: highly effective medications can still be difficult to start, adjust, switch or stop. Some of that complexity should not have to be managed by the patient or clinician. It can be engineered into the pharmaceutical product.

She is the sole inventor on each of the company’s patent-pending technologies.

Eukairia means “the opportune moment.” For recovery, that moment is now.
